Accountant Letter for loan application

When your SMSF has a Corporate Trustee  or Bare Trust, an Accountant Letter may be required by banks or lenders when you apply for a new loan.

The Accountant Letter will most likely confirm the following:

  • the SMSF Trustee Company is a non-trading entity,
  • the SMSF Trustee Company does not have any debt or liabilities.
